The bonytongue species known as the Nile Arowana (Heterotis niloticus) is native to Africa. When compared to the South American, Asian, and Australian arowanas in the Osteoglossidae family (Arapaimidae is occasionally included in Osteoglossidae), the African arowana is more closely linked to arapaimas, the only other members of the Arapaimidae family. The African Arowana is the only one that consumes a lot of plankton compared to the others and has a more terminal mouth. Your pleasure is guaranteed by our dedication to quality and the environment. We are an ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited enterprise that breeds and exports Asian arowana, freshwater stingrays, and freshwater Tropicana fish.
Larger fish, beginning around 2-3 inches in size, are typically considerably simpler to feed and will readily accept prepared diets. They are often not aggressive with other fish in the tank because they are peaceful aquarium fish. Since they are skilled jumpers like other Arowana, they must always be closely covered.
